NewTek NAB Exhibit
Challenge
NewTek, a leader in IP‑based video production, needed a powerful presence at NAB Show 2019 in Las Vegas to highlight its groundbreaking NDI technology and live production solutions. The booth needed to balance continuous presentations, hands‑on demos, and brand storytelling while standing out among some of the world’s largest broadcast technology brands.
Solution
CEI designed and built a 40’ x 50’ island exhibit using custom rental components that merged simplicity with smart functionality. The design featured 13.5‑foot presentation walls and a black laminated header system with a backlit NewTek logo and LED accent lighting to draw attention from across the hall.
Key features of the exhibit included:
- A main stage presentation area supported by two private demo rooms and a central control area.
- A free standing workstation zone highlighting wireless connectivity and workflow integration.
- A custom 5’ x 5’ plexiglass enclosure showcased NewTek’s PTZ cameras in action, surrounded by colorful tree branches and live chameleons for an eye-catching demonstration. Using NDI (Network Device Interface) over Wi-Fi, attendees could control the cameras directly from a tablet.
- Three 6’ backlit hanging ID cubes ensuring the NewTek brand was visible from every direction.
- Built in cable management, ventilated cabinetry, and vinyl wrapped wall panels for a seamless finish and durable functionality.
- The result was a bold, clean environment that reflected NewTek’s innovation driven brand while accommodating constant attendee engagement throughout the show.
Result
NewTek’s booth became a must-see destination on the NAB show floor. Crowds gathered for live demos, product launches, and interactive experiences that showcased the brand’s leadership in IP-based production. The exhibit elevated visibility, improved flow between demo zones, and reinforced NewTek’s position as an industry innovator.
